Week 8, day 5 of “Your 90 Day Cardio Body Transformation Challenge”

Hey Everybody!

This is your Day 5 of your eigth week of “Your 90 Day Cardio Body Transformation Challenge”

This cardio workout is essentially the same as Day 1 and 3, but spiced up.

I hope you were able to absorb all the info. Given last week. Now that you have an idea what to expect, we will progress just a little either by accelerating or increasing the elevation from week to week.

But when and if you feel challenged enough… simply repeat that specific program, whether it’s week 1-7 or 11. This challenge was created to challenge you, not injure you, not discourage you, and certainly not to put you down.

This is for you… if you wish to increase your cardio, if you wish to lose weight, if you choose to look and feel better about yourself. Forget about everyone else and be selfish when it comes to your health. You deserve it.
