It is so important for women to work the back in order to help create the illusion of an hourglass figure. By combining upper body workout circuits with heavy lower body training it is very possible to get an hourglass figure. The waist to hip ratio worked on by building the lats and back muscles as well as the glutes while dieting for a small waist. Much of this is genetic however these push pull workouts will help strengthen the back and create a smaller looking waist.
