1) Barbell Bench Press – 5 sets x 15,12,10,7,4 (add weight every set)
2) Machine Fly – 4 sets x 8-12 reps (add weight every set & Squeeze)
3) Decline D.B. Bench Press – 4 sets x 8-12 & 4th set is a drop set
4) Incline DB OR Cable Fly – 4 sets x 12-15 reps
5) Incline DB Side Raises – 3 sets x 10-12 reps (Stay Strict)

5) Standing DB Side Raise – 3 sets x 10+15 reps (Drop Sets)
