Hi. My name is Michelle and I’m here at Apex Wellness. I’m going to demo for you Hamstring Curls with the Yoga Ball. So for this exercise you will need a Yoga Ball. Lay down on the ground. Put your heels right in the middle of the Yoga Ball and push your hips towards the ceiling. Now, you’re going to bring your heels towards your bottom, but keeping your hips up. Tummy tight. Engage your hamstrings. This is an exercise for strengthening the muscles in the backs of your legs and your bottom.
Do this 10 times for 3 sets.
