Thank you guys so much for tuning in to the start of this workout series (more like a fitness journey) as I strive to become stronger in my own home with two 52.5 lbs adjustable dumbbells and calisthenics. This is officially the start of something amazing.

Biceps
1st Set) 25 lbs – Incline Curls with 1 second up 3 second down tempo x8/Seated Curls x8/Drag Curls x8
2nd Set) 20 lbs – Incline Curls with 1 second up 3 second down tempo x8/Seated Curls x8/Drag Curls x8
3rd Set) 15 lbs – Incline Curls with 1 second up 3 second down tempo x8/Seated Curls x8/Drag Curls x8

Shoulders
1st Set) 25lbs – Lateral raises x12
2nd Set) 20lbs – Lateral raises x15
3rd Set) 15lbs – Lateral raises x20
