THE WORKOUT:

Warm-Up:
5 Min Banded Stairmaster

1. Banded Hip Thrust w/ Glute Abductors

2. Triset:
Split Squats
Shoulder Press
Bent Over Rows

3. Banded One-Legged Leg Press

4. Superset:
Straight Arm Pull-Down (found out what its called!! =D)
Face Pulls

All Exercises 4 Sets x 10 Reps With 1-2 Mins of rest in between sets and exercises.
