Seated Yoga Workout for Back Shoulders & Hips | Sit + Get Fit for Mobility & Stretching


Today, I’m demonstrating a full yoga workout that you can do in a chair. That’s right, this is a seated yoga routine that you can do in jeans – No special workout gear required. This is the perfect exercise if you’re worried about limited mobility, injury or are new to working out. Be sure to mind your form through the whole workout, and when in doubt, move MUCH slower than I’m moving (I know, I go super quickly). This is the perfect desk workout, or stretches for while you’re watching TV!
