Yes, I’m all about embracing your imperfections but I don’t think that means we can’t lovingly improve her (your body). Today’s workout video will help strengthen your inner thighs and the back of your arms.

So, how was that? Isn’t dancing so great? Do you see why I put it into my workout videos? Because it makes you smile. You better have been dancing, seriously. I’d be so upset if you didn’t.

So it also gets your heart rate going right?

So it challenges your cardiovascular system which helps you stay lean, and keep your heart nice and strong and your lungs nice and strong.
So there you have it. There is a workout video that you can do to strengthen your triceps and your inner thighs.

So before I go and as you’re feeling really good and you’re just been taking a little inventory of how your body is feeling right now, I wanna share something with you that I shared on that video 2 years ago that I think the reason why it’s so successful is, if you know anything about me or if you’re totally new to me, I had an eating image disorder, exercise disorder and I was overweight and I was just trying to make my body perfect.

No matter how much weight I lost, no matter what weight I was, I still wasn’t happy and I did crazy extremes to my poor, beautiful body that she has now forgiven me for, I have forgiven myself for. Though we have areas of our body that we don’t truly love,

I think it’s really important for us to actually embrace those imperfections because there is no such thing as a perfect body.
Like my case which is like most, once you get to that size that you think you’ll be happy, eventually your mind says “Oh, we can do better. How about we tighten up here. How about we do this”.

So take this workout video with a grain of salt and know that no matter what exercises you do or don’t do or how you nourish your body or not, to love her, your body, unconditionally for the rest of your life because she is your most vital asset that you have. I wish so badly that when I was in that point in my life, when I was picking and poking and prodding, wishing that my body was different, wishing that I didn’t have cellulite, which I still do and I love it and I embrace it, it is what it is.

I just really want you to take that and run with it.

Know that your body is beautiful just the way that it is right now and you can do these exercises to enhance her and make you feel better, but it’s not from a place of hating yourself thin.
