Hope you enjoyed this how-to bicep and tricep workout. This is the first video in the 30 MINUTE WORKOUT SERIES I am creating. It is tailored to those with a busier lifestyle who want to be in and out of the gym in 30 minutes. If you follow all these exercises and do 3 sets of each, you will get a great pump and be out of the gym in 30-45 minutes, and in a great position to start recovery and grow. Keep in mind you need to be consistent and have a strong diet as well. Always remember to use weights tailored to your own strength and experience. Don’t try to copy the weights I am using.
