Autumn is my favourite season and I judge my fitness on the appearance of abs. I have loose skin and finding abs are so difficult but at the onset of Autumn, I present my Autumn Ab vlog which features 10 days in my Ab jouney at a normal pace with NO SUPPLEMENTS.

If you follow me on instagram, you must have seen a variety of ab pictures I post. They are a result of varying intensities of training and dieting and I have some loose skin, which makes permanent abs difficult.

I took on this 10 day ab challenge to see if I can get sustainable abs without hurting my body and diet and live with it.
