Did you know that almost 12 million Australian’s suffer from at least one chronic disease? That’s almost half the population! The good news is, recent studies have shown that by exercising as little as 20 minutes a day you may reduce your chances of developing chronic disease dramatically.
Today I would like to guide you through my 20-minute workout program that includes 8 easy Functional Bodyweight exercises that you can do every morning as soon as you get out of bed, either before or after a light breakfast. Bodyweight exercises means you will be using your own body weight to perform each exercise.
