5 favorite booty-builder exercises;

• Squat 90 degrees with miniband 4set x 12-15reps (remember to always keep your knees stabilized. We are using the miniband to activate more of the gluteus)
• Lunges with barbell 4set x 10-12/leg
• Wide squat in smith machine (stand with your shoulders leaning on the bar and press the weigh up with your heels) 4set x 12-15reps SUPERSET
• Kickbacks with rubber band 4set x 15-20reps/leg
• Sumo kettlebell DROPSET 3rounds x 10/10/10
• Cable sidekick 3set x 15reps/leg
• Hip thrusters in leg raises-machine 4set x 15-20reps or heavy reps 10reps

In this video I give you some advices and tips for building a bigger and more defined booty / butt / glutes. I also show you five great exercises that targets the glutes and the booty. Hopefully this program can help you improve your training.
