Hey girls! Here is an awesome leg and booty workout that can be done at home or the gym. This workout for women is perfect and it targets your glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves!

This booty workout for women is quick and will get your glutes fired up! If you are looking to build you booty then this is the butt workout for you! This at home booty workout is great to do twice a week! Add these moves into your next booty day!

AT HOME BOOTY WORKOUT:
12 reps glute bridge to bridge with calf raise
12 reps single leg glute bridge (both sides)
12 reps leg lift to ab tuck (both sides)
30 seconds donkey kick pulses (both sides)
12 reps reverse lunge to leg lift (both sides)
12 reps deep pulsing squat
12 reps side to side curtsy lunge (both sides)
12 reps reverse lunge to leg lift (both sides)
10 second rest after each move. 1 minute rest after each round. REPEAT 4X!
