Easy At Home Booty Workout

Everyone wants to have a nice booty, butt, glutes or whatever you like to call them. Here is an easy workout you can do at home. For an extra chugga in your caboose, throw on some ankle weights. Here is a link to the ones I use http://amzn.to/2CU7cqr.

The workout is as follows:
KICKBACKS – 10 per side
SIDEKICKS – 10 per side
RAINBOW KICKS – 10 per side
HIP EXTENSIONS – 10
FROG LEG LIFTS – 10
Repeat 3 times

*Make sure to squeeze those glutes on every rep
*Keep that core tight
*Make sure to do the exercise slow and controlled
