GROCERY HAUL | Leg Day: Hammies & Calves Workout


WORKOUT: Hamstrings and Calves
Barbell lunges x 3 sets x 8 reps each leg
Kettle bell figure 8’s x 3 sets x 45 sec
Stiff leg DL’s w/ wide toe out stance. Push db’s out towards your toes on the negative x 3 sets x 15 reps
Seated calf raise x 3 sets x 20 reps

Leg ext x 4 sets x 20, 15, 10, 8 reps

Adductor machine x 3 sets x 15 reps
Lying hamstring curls x 3 sets x 12 reps
Stand on two step boxes and do kettle bell sumo squats w/ deep stretch x 3 sets x 20 reps
Standing one leg calf raise x 3 sets x 15 reps each leg

Walk at a 10% incline @ 4mph for 25 min.
