You want Big Calves, then you have to lift some heavy weight. I Always apply the lifting 2-3 times my bodyweight with movements like, leg press calves, standing smith machine calves and deated calves to really build them. I always flex my claves in the middle and end of my workout. It will take time and no I was not born with these calves, took me 13 years to get 19 1/4 calves.
