EXERCISE 1:
Warm Up
20-30 Reps

EXERCISE 2:
Incline Dumbbell Press
4-5 Sets of 8-15 Reps each

EXERCISE 3:
Bench Press superset with Diamond Push Ups
4-5 Sets of 8-15 Reps each

Exercise 4
Single Arm Chest Press
4-5 Sets of 8-15 Reps each

Exercise 5
Cable Flys
4-5 Sets of 8-15 Reps each
