Part 1: (45 seconds work, 15 seconds high knees)
1) Scorpion pushups
2) 4 low side squats, 4 surfers
3) 1 commando plank, 4 plank jacks
4) x country skiers
5) bicycle abs

Part 2: (50:10) repeat 2x
1) 3 lateral squat walks, 1 tuck jump
2) power step up, lunge back (right leg)
3) tricep pushup + heel click
4) power step up, lunge back (left leg)
5) 10 mountain climbers, 2 super mans

Part 3: (45 seconds work, 15 seconds star jumps)
1) Scorpion pushups
2) 4 low side squats, 4 surfers
3) 1 commando plank, 4 plank jacks
4) x country skiers
5) bicycle abs
