LEG DAY ROUTINE 2016 Female Bodybuilding

My current leg day routine for 2016, thanks to Derek for putting me through squats, hip thrusts, and other glute focused exercises.
I have been enjoying Derek training me, it’s nice to not have to worry about concocting my own workouts…and if you’ve read this far…I have a secret…I’m in shred-down mode. I haven’t mentioned it anywhere else yet (maybe a small snippet in twitter- but i haven’t broadcasted it yet…)…SOOOOO, I am going to be starting a mini-series soon that will entail my mission to shred down again 🙂
