fitBP has put together a 30 minutes HIIT workout that will get you . burning fat and on the road to a lean body. This workout contains a 5 min warm-up, 20 min of 20/10 intervals, and 5 min cool down stretching.
Warm-up – run, jumping jacks and active stretching – 5 min
20/10 intervals – squats, push-ups, jump squats, mountain climbers, planks, jump lunges and planks – 20 min
Cool-down – stretching – 5 min
