Metcon Monday Workout #2: The Core 4 Fat Loss Circuit Workout


In today’s edition of our Metcon Monday series, Mary demonstrates how you can work the entire body with just four movements: chinups, squats, pushups, and deadlifts. If you want to burn fat, build strength, and increase your endurance, this workout will do the trick!

Here’s the routine, in a nutshell:

[+] Chinups, 8-10 reps
[+] Squats, 8-10 reps
[+] Pushups, 8-10 reps
[+] Deadlifts, 8-10 reps

Things to consider:
[+] Perform a total of four rounds.
[+] Rest time between exercises: 10 seconds or less, depending upon your conditioning.
