Follow along in real time with this challenging STRENGTH TRAINING workout, designed to work your major muscle groups and tone your shoulders, abs, legs and butt. Exercise Time:

Timed Cardio WARM UP (50 seconds each exercise, 10 seconds of rest between):
Squat and Reach
Windmills
Skiers with High Reach and Low Reach
Fast Feet

MAIN WORKOUT (with dumbbell, 10 reps of each exercise, repeat circuit 3x):
Overhead to High Knees
Side Bend with Side Raise
Curtsy Lunge with Reach
Single Arm Snatch
Overhead Deadlift
Reverse Lunge with Side Kick
