Resistance bands I use:

4 sets of 8-10 reps
side step into sumo squat

Myo-reps | 2 sets
10 hip thrusts
5 hip thrusts
5 hip thrusts
continue with 5 hip thrusts with short rest until failure

3 sets of 5 reps each leg
(lunge with foot on plate, then off is 1 rep | 10 lunges total)
reverse lunge complex off plate

2-3 sets of 15 reps
alternating stance straight leg deadlift
