Triceps Workout for Women

TRICEPS WORKOUT FOR WOMEN💪🏼 — first two execrises I’m using my @iprfitness XXL ISO straps and I have to be honest I’m obsessed with @iprfitness gym equipment (to my husband’s great fortune, cause while this stuff is superior made in America quality and a little pricier than others, it’s still significantly less expensive than having, say, a Christian Louboutin habit). I really didn’t know how much use I’d get out of these straps but they are overworked on my back and triceps days. If you don’t have them you can try attaching two D handles to the cable to try to emulate but if you’re seriously into lifting I would get a pair of these. Last exercise I also picked up through @iprfitness (thanks Rob! It’s one of my new faves for triceps) don’t let your arms swing back and forth. Slow controlled movements and really focus on that muscle mind connection and you’ll feel a great burn in the tris.
